Yoga Groove – 60 MINUTE
This fun and invigorating 60 minute class is based on our Hot 26 class and is set to downtempo music. We go through one and two sets of the traditional basic Hatha Yoga postures. This class is for anyone – beginner, intermediate, and advanced.


Core Flow – 60 MINUTE
This 60 minute class blends traditional Hatha Yoga postures with core strength and upper body toning. We start with Sun Salutations to warm the body up. You’ll work every part of your body in this class.


Hot 26 – 90 MINUTE
A series of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises is done in the safe environment of a heated room which promotes deep stretching without risk of injury. The postures create a complete workout, including cardio, without pounding the spinal column or other joints of the body. By the end of class you will have worked every muscle, tendon, joint, ligament, internal organ and gland while systematically delivering oxygenated blood to 100% of your body. Get ready to sweat and have fun!


Hatha 101 – 60 MINUTE
Designed for beginners who are looking to improve their physical health and useful to more experienced yogis who are looking to understand and connect more their bodies. This class has a basic therapeutic approach. Each posture is designed to exercise, stretch, and strengthen a specific part of the body.


Inferno Pilates – 60 MINUTE
Core strength is the foundation of this 60 minute class. You’ll become stronger and leaner. This is a great compliment to our hot yoga classes with supported movement and a focus on strength. For a focused core workout, Inferno Pilates will give you sculpted abdominals, increased overall core strength, and greater stability. All levels welcome.


Yin Yoga – 90 MINUTE
Looking for a yoga class that’s a little more relaxing without the heat? This class is for you. Welcome to the Yin side of yoga. Yin yoga is primarily practiced on the floor and we hold the postures for several minutes. We work through three very simple and very effective principles for the yin practice:

Come into the pose to an appropriate depth
Resolve to remain still
Hold the pose for time

Remembering these three principles as you practice will give you a deeply relaxing and effective class.
