Welcome to Hot Yoga Tyler, the first Hot Yoga studio in East Texas. Get ready to sweat, purify your body, and gain more energy with this healing practice. Hot yoga is open to all levels and is designed to improve physical strength, flexibility, and balance. The 60 and 90 minute series features 26 hatha yoga postures and 2 breathing exercises and is practiced in a hot room. Our certified teachers are here to encourage you, motivate you, and inspire you to do your best. We are so happy you have decided to join us.
So when I received an offer to try Bikram yoga, pitched as "The New Anger Management" and promising to "help maintain emotional stability and harmony," I thought it might be something I ought to try before I lost it.
